This agreement is for the purchase of small quantities (minimum xxxkg) of refrigerants through Distributor nominated clients.

1. A-Gas will purchase refrigerants at the prevailing buyback price on the date of initiation of each buyback agreement. 
2. The user will have to:
   • Register for an GTO account.
   • Log the project on GTO.
   • Enter all company required details (Co No, VAT No, F-Gas No, Bank Details etc…).
   • Sign and scan a self-bill agreement.
   • Enter details of quantities recovered and the cylinder numbers returned.
3. Each repurchase agreement will be for single products (not mixed products) returned from an end-user site.
4. A-Gas will recognise xx% of the returned mass (as per the A-Gas check weight) for buyback purposes, “the buyback volume”.
5. A-Gas will issue a payment to the client for the product recovered only after all cylinders associated with the project have been returned to A-Gas, analysed and check weighed.
6. Recovery cylinders (not receivers) are to be supplied from distributor stock (subject to standard Terms and Conditions of Sale).
7. Normal recovery cylinder charges will apply from A-Gas, including cylinder rental terms.
8. Should drums be utilised for this project, then the following charges will apply:
   • Drum delivery charge £xxx per drum.
   • Drum collection charge £xxx per drum.
   • Drum Admin fee £xxx per site.
   • Drum rental £xxx per drum per month (2 months’ rent free).
9. Only product returned in large (xxkg) A-Gas Recovery cylinders will be eligible for a credit in terms of this scheme. Each recovery cylinder must NOT exceed the maximum fill of 45kg.
10. Each recovery cylinder is to be returned to A-Gas in line with the normal recovery returns procedure and accompanied by a hazardous waste note.
11. Each returned cylinder will be subject to check weigh and laboratory analysis at A-Gas. The weight of returned product will be logged as per A-Gas’ check weight.
12. Should the laboratory analysis indicate product is not within specification (xx.xx% purity), A-Gas will contact distributor with the relevant information. Any cylinders returned with mixed product or excessive oil will not be eligible for a credit under this agreement.
13. Product recognised as anything other than the indicated product will not be processed under this scheme.
14. Buyback processing MUST be completed by the contractors on GTO. Where cylinders are returned to A-Gas without pre-notification they will not be eligible for a credit under this agreement.
15. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other buy-back agreement.
